Account Suspension & Closure
bija99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe when requested by bija99.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with a criminal investigation.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Request by the account holder for self-exclusion under bija99's Responsible Gaming programme.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against bija99 without legitimate grounds.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
Where an account is closed due to a violation of this Agreement, bija99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, bija99 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

bija99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by bija99's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of bija99.
Amendments & Governing Law
Amendments: bija99 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven days prior to the amendment taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with bija99's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bija99 with respect to your use of the Platform.
